After your Initial Treatment and Top-Up, results can last anywhere from 3 to 12+ months. Longevity varies for each individual and depends on lifestyle factors such as diet, smoking, and oral hygiene.
Unfortunately, no. We do not complete the treatment on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
These materials cannot be whitened beyond their original shade, as they don’t respond to whitening gel like natural teeth do.
However, surface stains from food, drinks, and smoking can be removed, restoring their original colour — which can still create a visibly brighter effect.
We use 6% Hydrogen Peroxide with blue LED light.

No, our whitening treatments are safe and non-damaging when performed correctly. We use professional-grade products that are gentle on enamel and safe for sensitive teeth.
Some people do experience pain & sensitivity during and/or post treatment. This is a temporary side effect only lasting a few days. Many of our clients experience no pain or sensitivity.
We recommend having a dental check & clean prior to your teeth whitening appointment. This will ensure your teeth and gums are in a clean and healthy state. Your dental professional can advise you if you’re a good candidate for teeth whitening.
Our minimum treatment age is 18. We will perform the treatment on those 16-17 years old with parental consent and supervision throughout the appointment.

No, our staff are not dentists and are trained to perform cosmetic teeth whitening only.
48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
You cannot cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel within this time, this will be considered a 'late cancellation' and your deposit will be forfeited. For late cancellations, call/text 0408 117 800.
No shows, your deposit will be forfeited.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by clients via their booking confirmation email, up to 48 hours before their appointment time.
